February 8th, 2009 (Part II)

What's for dinner? We're having "Honey Garlic Ribs". My version is "Honey Garlic Pork". Did not feel like dealing with the bones, so I just got regular pork chop. The recipe is available here.

Quick, easy, no mess no fuss. Just make sure you line the pan you are using with aluminum foil before you put it in the oven, or else you'll be scrubbing for a few days.
