As I was driving this morning, all of a sudden a car in front of me accelerated and went kaboom. Immediately, I parked my car and got out with my phone and called 911. There were three other cars pulled over, but no one came out of the cars (which was weird).
I screamed and asked the person if she was all right, she said something which I couldn't hear. Again I screamed and got a response.I got on my hands and knees and peered into the passenger window and saw her standing. I kept telling her not to move, but she kept banging on the window with her feet trying to get out.
I did not know how sturdy the car was because it was on a hill (it drops 10 - 12 feet).
The question is, I wonder if the homeowner knows that his / her fence is damaged.

Yes, it almost rolled over. It was an SUV. It was so surreal.
