My yard sale finds continues.
This week I scored a less than one year old Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams "Major Chair Polished Stainless Steel Finish" for a whopping $50.00.
This chair retails for $1245.00.
When I got to the yard sale - I scoped the stuff quickly and spotted the chair. I looked at it quickly for any visible damages, sat on it, and said "I would like to buy that please". When I bought it, I had no idea what brand it was until we brought it home and turned the chair over and it had the manufacturer's label on it. Did a quick google and came up with the chair.
In 2012, we scored 4 (four) chairs almost brand new chairs for $10.00 each.
And before that, at another yard sale we got the 4 (four) Crate and Barrel Folio chairs for $125.00. These were brand new and barely used chairs. There was a miscommunication in pricing between the father and son, where the chairs were suppose to be sold for $125.00 each and not $125.00 for all four. Their loss my gain.
I love finding bargains - especially where I feel like I just blindly robbed them.
