This was absolutely enjoyable to do. This is similar to "The Calling" and "Harvest Time". This was created with Kona solid in their beige and white fabrics. Hand quilted with 50 weight thread.
Inspiration again came from Bosna and Gee Bend's quilts. I plan to do eight of these. Let's see how far I get.
This got juried into the Whistler House Museum of Art in Lowell, MA for their show "Fiber Fusions". I had submitted three, and only this one got accepted. Truth be told, this quilt has nothing to do with the topic " Fiber Fusions".
