Below is an advertisement from a local supermarket that I saw. At first glanced it looked like it said "Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent 80 oz. Buy One Get One Free" with a price tag of $1.99. So I assumed that I would get 160 fl. oz. for $1.99.
When I clicked on the image, below is the information.
So I went to the store and guess what, it was not $1.99. The $1.99 was for "Arm & Hammer Fabric Softener". The true price was $6.99 for the 80 fl. oz. detergent. And you buy one and get one free for that price. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. I thought it was too good to be true, and it was.
