I got this question today from a client. Think it's pretty funny, so I am sharing it.
Me: I think it is the printer that is wrong.
Client: Why do you think so?
Me: It is an educated guess, because we have eliminated almost everything else.
Client: Is there a way to format the printer?
Me: Um... nope.

sure there is. hammer and fists always worked for me.
Yes the mighty hammer and fists always fixes things right up.
of course, after my "reformatting", the chances of that printer working is 50/50. :P
