February 13 2015,
My latest quilt is call "In Motion". These little squares were started sometime last year. These fabrics are the same ones that I made for the
Starburst and
Sunburst quilt. I love that fabric, and I bought many yards of it. I soon realize that I have to move on.
These are 2" unfinished and 1.5" finished quarter square triangles. Below you can see the progression of the quilt.

I stack them up on the cutting board and placed rulers and wood on top of it so it would not get messed up. |

This is spectacular!
Thanks Vicki!
Thank you so much for sharing how you make these quilts! I saw Sunburst and Starburst at the Watertown show last year or the year before and was amazed. I had no idea how anyone could do them! Today I saw From the Outside... and From the Inside.. in Watertown and they are gorgeous and amazing too. I love your work.
Hi redavis516 - Thanks for taking the time to visit the blog. I hoped you enjoyed the quilt show at Watertown this past weekend. Aren't the quilts in the show amazing?
