A Vietnamese restaurant opened up relatively in the next town (20 minutes) out. (Hey, everything is relative). Now I can enjoy a Banh Mi more often.
This Banh Mi has cold cuts with extra meat. I should have ordered without the extra meat.
I eat the Banh Mi indoors over a spread of newspaper, so it can catch all the crumbs. Eating a Banh Mi is a true mess.

Next time, order without jalapeno peppers please.
